Trust & Estate Administration

Trust & Estate Administration

Carman, Callahan & Ingham from its inception has focused on providing the right legal guidance to people in our community so that they can make the best decision for their families both when they are here and when they are not.  These issues involve decisions that you would make about things you would like to have done and ensuring that the responsibilities that you have undertaken are addressed the way you would like them to be addressed even if there is a time in the future when you no longer have the capacity to make those decisions.  These are sometimes very personal, but always real, life decisions that need to be made and then properly put into action. Carman, Callahan & Ingham’s Estate Planning practice provides individuals, married couples and families with guidance in creating Wills and Trusts, Family Asset Protection Trusts, Trusts for Special Needs and Trusts for adults and/or children, as well as guidance with Elder law issues, probate law and legal guardianships.

As we enter our 90th year providing legal services to our community, we know that the continuous sound, thoughtful and experienced  guidance we have provided to them over the years is something that each of our clients benefit from every day.
