Jami C. Amarasinghe is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Jami was an associate at a New York City-based litigation firm, where she gained extensive experience litigating commercial contract disputes, matrimonial and major personal injury actions. At Carman, Callahan & Ingham, LLP, Jami works on a wide range of cases specializing in home and automobile property damage on behalf of various insurance carriers. She is also well versed in commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing numerous lenders, first time home buyers, and sellers, developers, and brokers in residential and corporate real estate transactions. Jami provides our clients with excellent investigative skills and experience litigating claims in both State Court and through American Arbitration Association. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars and has been admitted to the United States Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York.
