David Drossman is a graduate of Syracuse University and received his law degree from New York Law School in 1998. He is an accomplished attorney bringing a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years of experience focusing on New York litigation practice. David began his career at the New York City Corporation Counsel with several years as a highly successful trial specialist handling a variety of case types, including police misconduct, trip and falls, and municipal law issues. He then litigated high exposure cases from pleadings through trial and appeals in State and Federal Courts for carriers Zurich North America and AmTrust Financial, where he was part of the management team overseeing staff across two offices. David’s specialty is handling commercial general liability cases, including premises liability, lease/contractual disputes, insurance coverage, motor vehicle, property damage, & Labor Law. David joined Carman, Callahan & Ingram LLP where he practices in the firm’s litigation group and works on a variety of case types. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey in both State and Federal Courts.
