Vassilios F. Proussalis is a graduate of New York University and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Bill worked in the field of criminal law, which included exposure to insurance fraud. At CARMAN, CALLAHAN & INGHAM, LLP, Bill works on cases specializing in medical provider claims initiated in State Court, as well as before the American Arbitration Association. Since joining CARMAN, CALLAHAN & INGHAM, LLP, Bill has developed an expertise in the procedural remedies available to our clients, which we have been able to employ in order to promote our clients' legal position through motion practice. Bill has co-authored numerous legal briefs, including briefs to the Court of Appeals, the Appellate Divisions, and Appellate Terms. He has also become versatile in negotiating settlements on various types of claims. Bill is admitted to the New York and Washington D.C. Bars.
