Tracy S. Reifer is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Tracy worked in the Consumer Protection Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office. At CARMAN, CALLAHAN & INGHAM, LLP, Tracy works on a wide range of cases with a particular focus on liability claims stemming from automobile accidents. He has also routinely defended companies in claims seeking to recover medical payments that have been commenced in State Court and in the American Arbitration Association. His background has enabled him to target issues that have revealed medical provider billing abuses, fraud and treatment that was otherwise not medically necessary. He offers our clients extensive experience interpreting New York's Insurance Regulations and Insurance law. Tracy has trial experience at the State Court level, routinely appears before the American Arbitration Association on disputed matters and is a member of the New York State Bar.
